As a child and then as an engineering graduate - technology was always a 'Wow' to me. This is my 11th year in the IT world and it still looks mysterious, always changing but of course more and more attractive.
After spending 6 years with SAP and then 2 years freelancing, I was looking for a balance - something in between. At Diagonal, I got just that.
Diagonal has a very open atmosphere and a simple but flexible structure. The environment is very friendly and helpful. The benefits and perks are at par and in many cases better then many of my friends working with competitors. Also, I must say that with Diagonal I have a very good work life balance.
I work on a wide spectrum of activities to really develop my skills and knowledge base including technology pre-sales, architecture, design and project delivery, working across many geographies for clients such as Transport for London (UK), Dominion Energy (US), Bank Holdings (Barbados) and News International (UK).
Over the last 2 years I feel very proud to have been part of 3 successful go-lives and am currently working on another 2 projects due for go-live in November 2009.
