I’ve been here for 2 years and seen myself grow from Analyst to a Lead Consultant.
Challenges, rewards and a sense of achievement is what Diagonal symbolises to me. I joined Diagonal as a SAP HR Analyst. For me, my role is all about moving around and developing my technical, business and behavioral skills.
Diagonal is a big company with a small company feel where everyone knows each other. It follows a customer-centric model and maintains a friendly, open communication channels and approachable environment. Personal career development and work/life balances are the two most important things to everyone who works here.
At the moment I am working as an HR Consultant in Diagonal’s Business Application Services division. I’ve been also given the opportunity to work as a Lead HR Consultant in one of the implementation project. I also get the opportunity to move around and work on lots of different projects, at different stages of the project life cycle. There’s so much variety. In terms of training and development I’ve been offered a lot of training in different things, courses in both personal skills and technical skills.
In future I would like to move into Programme Management as it’s something that I’m quite interested in. In the meantime, and in order to gain the experience, it’s really great to have the opportunity to work on lots of different projects and lots of different areas in solution delivery.
