It is easy to listen to a customer’s interpretation of their requirements and implement a system to resolve it, however this is often just a symptom of the real requirement, and not the true cause.
At Diagonal we are committed to digging deeper to learn the root cause of the issue so that we can design and deliver a solution that provides our clients with a solid platform for the future. I am currently working on a SAP CRM Service implementation at a multi-national utility and building maintenance company where my core area of responsibility is the design, documentation and configuration of the corporate Master Data strategy.
The training I have received whilst at Diagonal has been excellent, there is definitely not a “one size fits all” approach, I have been encouraged to pursue training opportunities which align with my professional interests and development needs. In addition to the formal training I have received, I have had the great privilege of working with experienced colleagues, experts in their field, for which there is no substitute.
