Phil Donetti - General Manager
Philip has worked in consulting since 1982, leading engagements in the areas of business transformation and ERP implementation across a wide variety of clients, both nationally and globally. Philip began his career with Diagonal in 2004 and is now responsible for the Diagonal UK business.
Richard Knight - Director of Support and Strategic Accounts
Richard joined Diagonal in 1999 and held various project and programme management roles before becoming part of the leadership team. Richard is responsible for Diagonal's propositions, marketing, strategic clients and partners. Prior to joining Diagonal, Richard held positions at Siemens and British Aerospace.
Duncan MacPherson - Director of Sales
Duncan is Diagonal Consulting Director of Sales and has worked in software solution sales since 1999, where he held senior sales and director roles within the Microsoft and SAP channel. Duncan has deep knowledge of the SME ERP, BI and CRM market place and has worked with software authors including Microsoft, SAP, Maconomy, Netsuite, System Union and Sage to implement change and add value to organisations globally.
Richard Kyle - Director of Delivery
Richard has worked in consulting since 1993, leading major business transformation and ERP implementation programmes across a wide selection of industries. Richard joined Diagonal in 2000 and is responsible for successful project delivery to Diagonal's customers.
Steve Woodgate - US Vice President
Steve has over 10 years SAP experience, having worked on multiple projects across the world. Prior to joining Diagonal, he worked at Pall Europe where he helped them to implement SAP across 7 European countries. He joined Diagonal in 2002 and has worked on various projects including General Mills, Orange Retail and EMI.
In 2006 he helped establish the UK Service Delivery team, managing key client accounts and acting as sponsor on others. In 2008 Steve transferred to Philadelphia to run the US operation.
Andre Pang - Asia Pacific Managing Director
Andre has been in the SAP industry for more than 12 years, holding consultant and sales level roles across various countries in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining the SAP industry, he worked in the oil, gas and mill, and engineering industries with heavy involvement in hardcore engineering, marketing and commercial management.
He joined Diagonal in 2003 as the Country Leader of the Malaysian operation and took over the position of Asia Pacific Managing Director in 2006. As part of the leadership team, Andre is responsible for Diagonal Asia Pacific’s business in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
