Customer Services Manager: My team are always busy dealing with queries from employers, students and other interested parties. I am keen to ensure all business enquiries are captured but need to make sure my team can do so quickly and easily.

Diagonal: Our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution has been configured to make the enquiries entry screen as simple and quick to complete as possible. Dynamics CRM uses tabs to enable logical groupings of fields on the screen forms. In our solution we restricted the initial tab to contain the limited essential information only. This means customer services staff only have to enter a small amount of data on a single screen for most enquiries.

Customer Services Manager: I need to know that once an enquiry is captured that it will be followed up so that I can reduce the number of chasing calls and complaints my team receive.

Diagonal: Our solution ensures that all captured enquiries are automatically routed to the most appropriate person to respond to the employer and qualify if it represents an opportunity to be further progressed. Alerts can be set to be generated by the system if the employer is not contacted within an agreed period following entry of the enquiry.
