Wisdom is designed to be seamlessly integrated with line of business and back office systems, extending those solutions to manage unstructured as well as structured information.
Users carry on using the applications with which they are familiar, and Wisdom invisibly and securely provides them with document and records connected with the information with which they are working.
Technical and business interfaces
Wisdom can be integrated at many levels with your business applications. The SDK is provided for developers to programatically integrate using Visual Studio and the Microsoft .NET Framework. XML Web Services provides an easy way to integrate solutions based on any platform to loosely couple with the document and records store.
The Windows Workflow Foundation interface lets you develop transactional and process oriented integrations that scale massively with no loss of performance. And, for very quick integration with any other application, we have Generic Wisdom Integration Services that allow the classification scheme or case files in Wisdom to be mapped to specific records in other business systems, together with user interface controls for adding to the toolbars of those solutions.
